Hi there! I’m Michelle. I am a performance coach based in the UK specialising in personalised high-impact, transformational coaching that elevates communication, amplifies confidence and radically shifts how my clients feel, how they show up and how they are perceived and understood.
That all sounds great right? But what does it actually mean?
Well all human beings are storytellers, we live our lives through our own stories and the stories of others. How effective we are at telling those stories will affect how well we connect with, understand and are understood by the world around us.
That’s where my work begins. People need to see you, hear you and understand you. I teach you to communicate in a way that means others listen. I offer a powerful fusion of coaching and theatre that bridges inner transformation and outer presence.

Why is my method different?
My unique background in theatre and business and the passion I have for both, means my career has enabled a geek level of knowledge and understanding for my work. I blend proven coaching styles with expressive Theatre techniques – focusing on breath and posture, the voice and body language (including non verbal cues), mindset and storytelling.
This unique method is tailored to each client, helping you uncover your most confident self and most compelling voice and meet the demand’s of today’s hybrid world with clarity, courage and connection.
